This move comes after the announcement of the NEET-UG 2026 re-exam following controversy related to alleged paper leaks and examination irregularities. To ensure fairness and provide convenience to candidates, NTA is allowing students to select a more suitable exam city, especially those who shifted locations after the cancellation of the original exam.
The NEET-UG 2026 re-exam will be conducted on June 21, 2026, in offline pen-and-paper mode across India.
