- Career counseling for medical education abroad.
- Assistance with university selection and application processes.
- Visa application guidance and documentation support.
- Pre-departure briefings and post-arrival assistance.
We act as a facilitator connecting students with universities. We do not own or operate any university.
3. Student Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.
- Submit all required documents (marksheets, passport, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Adhere to the payment schedules for consultancy fees, university tuition, and other charges.
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the university and the laws of the destination country.
4. Payment Terms
Consultancy fees and other administrative charges must be paid as per the invoice provided. University tuition fees are generally paid directly to the university or as per their specific instructions. EMU is not responsible for any cash payments made to unauthorized agents.
5. Limitation of Liability
EMU shall not be liable for:
- Rejection of admission by the university due to eligibility criteria or lack of seats.
- Visa rejection by the embassy/consulate for any reason.
- Changes in university fee structures or policies.
- Any unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as political instability, pandemics, or natural disasters affecting the admission process.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Explore My University and protected by copyright laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
8. Changes to Terms
EMU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
