Refund Policy
Transparency is our core value. Here is our policy regarding refunds.
1. Registration Fees
The initial registration charge paid to Explore My University is generally non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs, initial counseling hours, and resources utilized to initiate your application process with universities.
2. Service Charges
Service charges paid to EMU for admission processing, documentation, and coordination are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If we fail to secure an admission letter for you from any of the universities you applied to, provided you met all eligibility criteria and submitted valid documents on time.
- No Refund: If you withdraw your application voluntarily after the admission letter has been issued by the university.
- No Refund: If admission is cancelled due to the submission of fake, forged, or invalid documents by the student.
3. University Tuition & Hostel Fees
Tuition and hostel fees are paid directly to the university or its authorized account. Returns of these fees are governed entirely by the refund policy of the respective university. EMU will assist you in submitting a refund request to the university, but we do not guarantee the refund as we do not hold these funds.
4. Visa Rejection
In the unfortunate event of a visa refusal:
- Embassy/Consulate visa fees are non-refundable as per their policies.
- EMU service charges may be partially refundable or adjustable for the next intake, depending on the reason for rejection (excluding cases of fraud or hidden criminal records).
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds from EMU will be processed within 30 working days from the date of written approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
